I had a great experience working with Brigette for my wedding. I didnt have any of the problems the other poster had. Maybe all the kinks have been worked out because she didnt handle any of my rental stuff but she did an outstanding job working with budget and having amazing food. i can't tell you how many compliments i received. her staff was very professional and did a great job getting the food in and out. Like I said she did a great job working with my very tight budget, so I would highly recommend her to any future brides or anyone hosting a party.
