With over 30 years in the real estate industry, I can honestly say that I feel fortunate that I found Diverse to recommend to my clients. My personal experience has been that they are much more thorough than many of their competitors. When they have identified a problem, it has always been a real problem. With some of their competitors, I have found that not to be true. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of construction. If you are looking for a throrough, unbias opinion about the condition of a property you are considering purchasing, I would hightly recommend Diverse Inspection Services.
