I've been to many Hallmark stores in Orange County and have never experienced such horrible customer service as I have at this particular store. It seems that every single employee who works there is rude, bitter, and seems to really hate their job. After visiting this location about five times now, I have noticed that their prices are exceptionally higher on most items in comparison to other Hallmark stores only miles away. They seem to re-tag as much as they can (aside from cards, gift wrap/bows), and things that are on clearance at the other stores are full price at this store. My advice to anyone thinking of visiting this store: stay far away, unless you want to be treated like dirt and get ripped off!
