Review content:
Beware of the good reviews number that says (35). There is ONLY ONE good review on this site, from 3 years ago, and the rest are so-called from across the Web from sources no one trusts or recognizes. Basically the good review is DATED and others are highly suspect from unfamiliar sources. It seems the things have changed lately, because i relied in these reviews but was hugely disappointed in the service i received. There is NO POSITIVE review of this place since last 10 months, which should might make you curious. I think the reason might be very simple, they are NOT THAT GREAT any more. My specific regret is that my appointment time was wasted. First, i had to WAIT ONE MONTH to get an appointment time, it was for me and my family (wife and 1 kid). I was told by (i guess) Elizabeth that i need a big block of time, and hence i was pushed to a Thursday afternoon at 2 PM to accommodate me and my family. I had to take half day off of work just to comply with this requirement, since they did not offer any end of the day appointment (like close to 4 PM). But later on, i regretted that i did that, because when we got there, the dentist RUSHED ALL OF US very quickly within one hour, and REFUSED TO WORK on my deep cleaning in the same appointment after initially suggesting it herself, because she ""suddenly realized an emergency appointment"". I would have accepted that if they had not explicitly asked me to block a good amount of my time and i had to take half day off, not to mention me and my family waited over a month for this appointment. When i told her of my concern in the hope that she would understand my point of view and my concern and try to accommodate me by sticking to her original plan, so that i do not RECEIVE INCOMPLETE SERVICE, she plainly replied that she is sorry, its her mistake, she suddenly realized she has other patients and it would not be fair to them. Well, hello, is it fair to the patient you are currently dealing with, before you move on to the next? To make things worse, she did not offer any concern or desire to help, and told me that i can either book another available time or go to another dentist. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere where they express concern about accommodating your needs, respect your rights as patient, and do not show out right disinterest in keeping their first-time customers to return.
