Review content:
The doctor for this practice is Dr. Marion Reynolds. I have been a patient for about two years. However, I am in the process of looking for another OBGYN. I find the staff to be very unpleasant and unprofessional. There are two locations for this practice Crawford Long and Riverdale. The Riverdale office is the main office. They are only at the Crawford Long location on Tuesdays. Your medical file is housed in Riverdale. So, should you have any questions or need assistance, you will have to go to Riverdale or wait until they are in on Tuesday downtown. You can't drop off anything downtown either because a different unrelated doctor uses the office on the other days of the week. I usually have a pretty long wait to see the doctor. She is very busy and will probably not have a lot of time to spend with you. If you are in need of having paperwork filled out such as disability benefits, be prepared to pay a fee...that must be paid upfront before the paperwork will be filled out. So, if you fax something in and you don't hear back from them, they are waiting for their money. After my first visit, I should have looked for another doctor. The person that schedules appointments told me that although the doctor had asked to see me in a few weeks, she couldn't schedule an appointment because I was a new patient and wasn't in their system yet."" That didn't make any sense to me, and I ended up having to follow up with them to make sure that I got an appointment. Keep in mind that I was pregnant at that time. Also, if you are pregnant and will need an ultrasound, the tech is only in after 5:00pm. So, if you have an appointment in the morning and need an ultrasound, you will have to come back at 5:00...first come first served. Plan on being there for a while. Dr. Reynolds has a nice personality. But, overall it's a bad experience. Pros: None Cons: Unprofessional staff, Long wait time, Inconvenient Hours
