Review content:
When the final order went in for our kitchen cabinets, we were given an estimated date of delivery so demolition began as the date got closer. Upon wrapping up our demolition we were told the product was in and an install date was schedule. Shortly after, we received a call that one of the pieces was still on order, was told it would be in by the middle of the following week, and were asked if we wanted install complete or partial. At this point, all the demolition was done in preperation for the cabinets so we told them to go ahead and bring what they had. The day of the install, we learned that the piece missing was a bottom piece, so we had to put our countertops on hold. As the middle of the following week approached, we called Diamond to get an ETA on the instalation and were told that the piece was still not in and ""estimated"" to be in by the end of the week, then given one excuse after another and people pointing fingers at someone else. We are now a week without a functioning kitchen (no running water because we have no counter to hook up the sink, and no dishwasher because we have no water). This is a week of added expenses and stress on a family with a toddler and a pregnant woman. Nobody wants to take responsibility for the inconvenience and are only concerned with pointing fingers at someone else.
