I've used Quality twice in the past month. The first move was my own studio-plus apartment. Of course I had way more stuff than I estimated, but two guys got the move done in 3 hours. A bunch of my belongings were not properly packed and the drawers were still filled. The guys were very nice, said ""No problem, we'll handle it."" Not only did they handle it, but they also broke down my bed at the old place and put it back together at the new one so I could take a nap at the end of moving day. Very nice.
The second move was for my workplace. The move was almost entirely boxes of books and the move-out place has two flights of stairs. Not a very easy move. I requested that my big storage unit be broken down and put back together, so the guys brought tools and took care of it. The unit is HUGE and a pain to move, but they handled it. We had an issue with a scratched floor and Quality paid to have it repaired. I was very impressed by this, as I didn't even notice the scratch until the move was done and I had paid in full. I sent Quality a photo of the scratch and they replied right away and we came up with a resolution very quickly.
I've been burned by movers before, so I am very relieved to have found Quality and there trusty crews.
