Review content:
Having lived in NYC for a short while and reading the preceding glowing reviews, I decided to give this place a try. Upon entering the establishment, I noted how busy the place was. I thought this was the reason for the less than receptive response from counter help. I was told in an abrupt manner that it would be over an hour wait if I wanted a pizza. No other assistance was offered after this interaction. As I stated earlier, I attributed this attitude to the atmosphere of chaos in the establishment and just left. The second time I attempted to patronize this establishment, I was with a friend. He attempted to place our order and was greeted with the same attitude by the counter help. If you really want this pizza, I recommend calling your order in, in advance.

Cons: Very busy, Poor customer service, Not too clean.
