New owner, manager and chef. Tony is the most friendly manager in SF. Continuous gradual improvements to the buffet bar, each week, since Tony joined. Usually on Friday, Tony makes the Lamb Shank soup; it's out of this world. Other tasty items are: Lamb korma (with bones, which add lots of flavor to the sauce while cooking), spinach with cheese puffs, tandoori chicken and chicken karahi. Tony's special cold salad (often with some sort of bean), is different each day, with ingredients like, raisans, nuts, sometimes chapmagne grapes, etc. It's fresh and delicious. Make sure to try the soup and deserts: Gulab Jaman (fried brown cheese balls floating in sugar syrup) and rice pudding. Chai is free. On Saturdays, they serve chana (garbanzo) and puri (bread) also. Remember to lobby Tony to serve Rus Malahi (cheese disks floating in sweet milk sauce) as a regular desert item. Pros: Inexpensive, Friendly, Very Tasty Cons: , tight space
