I am a real estate broker, and have been working with Sloan's Exterminators for over 25 years. They are my go-to guys for pest control. I use them to inspect and treat for pests in the homes that I'm listing. They are both competent and cost effective, and are always looking for new ways to do the job right, without taking shortcuts.
Working with Sloan's is a family affair, or at least I feel like part of the family. They are very personal, and have great follow-up. One thing that really sets them apart from their competitors is that they have their own fumigation division. Most other exterminators have to subcontract out their fumigation, which is definitely more expensive.
In addition to being a one-stop shop, Sloan's also look for ways to fix your problem without turning it into a project. They work hard to take care of things quickly and efficiently, with as little inconvenience to the client as possible. I wouldn't think of using anyone else.
