I have gotten my first hot stone and professional massages with Jessica and she was wonderful! Martina does my pedicures and she is the best EVER!!! I was always scared to get facials, but I received a gift certificate to see Kristi and i really, really enjoyed it. She even custom blended a couple of products for my skin and they are exactly what i was always trying to get out of department store brands but never did, no matter how many i tried!! As far as hair goes, I'm already seeing someone that I really like elsewhere, but the styles i saw leaving the salon looked great.
I also love the ambiance of the old factory, and that afterwards I can stop by Coffee Grounds and get my favorite drink.
Pros: Really good hot stone, and regular massages, pedicures...
Cons: the highlights seemed a bit pricey
