I purchased a living room set from them and had a issue with the couch cushions. Terrible customer service and extremely rude. 3K couch appearance terrible after 3 months and I live alone, not like a family of ten was using. Rude, rude, rude. Just a bought a house and purchasing new furniture for it at any store other than cardi's. Will NEVER shop there again. I'd give them zero stars if I could
