Review content:
I purchased my trailer from Campers Inn in July of '07. Have had numerous problems with the slide out, which they have corrected on several occasions. I brought my rig in again this year for another repair on the slide out and at the same time i wanted a few minor repairs done. I was well aware that their hourly rate was $110.00/hr and it was posted. When i picked up my trailer i had a bill of more than $600 which did not include the repairs to the slide as they were covered under extended warranty. I questioned the bill and was told it was for adjustments to the slide and a few other things. I paid the bill rather reluctantly. When i got home i reviewed the bill further. The way they break down the repairs does not immediately show how much is charged for each repair. I was charged $22 labor for putting in 3 gallons of propane. They charged me $99 in labor to replace halyards (6"" wire cable) for the hitch guard and another $50 labor to replace rivets to the propane hood. They also charged me a full hour $110 for labor to winterize the unit. I normally do this myself and it takes less than 10 minutes. They overcharged me for the remainer of the work that they did also. I bought the trailer there and have had it serviced there for the past 4 years. This is the last time that I will use their service. Please beware of their billing practice and scrutinize your bill before leaving there. I know they have to make money, but the charges that they apply are rediculous for the work that is done. Im in the market for another rv and will look for another dealer before i make a purchase. Ive had it with Campers Inn.
