Businiess name:  FuGaKyu Japanese Cuisine

Review content:
It is offensive to call this place Japanese, even worse that is rated the best sushi in Boston. I've been here twice and will never return. Fugakyu is beautifully decorated (although those nature videos are rather odd), has an extensive menu, and plenty of private party rooms. Unfortunately, the ""good"" ends there- on the last visit, I ordered an ""Unakyu"" off the menu. I received a salmon roll. After the waitress insisted that ""yes, you ordered an unakyu. That is the salmon roll."" It is quite unacceptable to not know unakyu is unagi (eel) + cucumber. Add that to mediocre-quality sushi, horrendous service (it shouldn't take 20 minutes for drinks to arrive!) and poor managerial response to a spill accident by the waiter. Go to Oishii or Sakurabana . Fugakyu may have the ""look"" right, but the so-called ""best of Boston"" food and service offends me, a native Japanese. Pros: Beautifullly decorate Cons: Service, Unknowledgeable staff, Mediocre sushi
