I had bad exprienceS with FUGAKYU, especially in DELIVERY sevices.!!! this restaurant doesn't have a professional management at all(the employees cannot speak english fluently and also I need to repeat 4-5 times so that they could understand)..First, I ordered for delivery and gave all the informations CLEARLY to them, unfortunately, they had a problem with one of my information, and they did NOTHING! i was waiting forr 2 hours!! Second, my friend ordered me a delivery from fugakyu and he paid the foods by phone. 30 minutes later, the driver came and asked me for a proof. I called fugakyu and told them that my friend wasn't in my house and he just ordered it for me and I called my friend to confirmed it AGAIN, but they still don't care and forced me to use my credit card and charge me, instead of my friend's credit card. What a service, huh!!
