I don't understand why the people give them 5 stars rating each time when so many guests serious complained, it makes me sick... , if it is worth it, the marvelous service attitude and delight sushi should be served in the whole restaurant at opening time, not only for the specific area and specific waiter, meanwhile, shold I reserve the corner seat with a smiling waiter/waitress before I go in? NO, if you give them 5 STARS rating, then there should be less DISSAPOINTING OVERVIEW RATING on it, please, try to improve the disorganizing hospitality and sushi, then customers will give the fair rating, not themself.
