I have been to Christopher 3 times...well almost. The first time I waited 20 min, not unheard of but still annoying. The 2nd time same thing...20 min wait. BUT while in his chair he took several phone calls trying to get another client who cancelled, back in. Did he apoogize? Yes, as he explained his high cost of rent and need for clients. I don't know about the rest of you but I go to the salon to relax. Today....AS I""M WALKING IN...he calls my cell to say he's behind schedule by about an HOUR! So here is the bottom line.....he's not worth the aggravation. Not anywhere near as good as he thinks he is. The 1 star is for the 1st floor greeters.
