Please look somewhere else, the cheaper rent and move in special is not worth the headaches that you will have after you sign the lease. Only one other review is current and true, the other two reviews are over five years old. The noise here is ridiculous! Every day and night you will hear moving trucks, tow trucks, delivery trucks, trash trucks, leaf blowers, and noisy construction. It actually drowns out the freeway noise and any barking dogs. There are constantly the sounds of tow trucks day and night with their diesel engines running and tow chains dragging looking to tow anyone they can. And don't look for any help from the property manager or the assistant property manager. They use the two leasing agents to run interference for the VIP's. If you do have a problem or a repair I can guarantee you will wait and then wait some more. Hope it's not serious because they are soooo busy, short staffed, can't give you a definite time or whatever excuse they can come up with. They require 60 days notice which doesn't seem like a big deal at first, until your counting the days and weeks until you can move out this awful place. Great, just what I wanted was to move again. Next time I will be sure to read reviews, check out the BBB and actually drive by at different times to check it out with the guided tour.
