I enjoy dining out quite often and have explored most of the fine Baltimore cuisine. I have to admit that I have never had a more unpleasant dining experience than at Germano's. Customer service is NOT a priority for Germano's and they have absolutely no respect or concern for their customers. After a dispute with the owner about an item on the bill, the owner of the restaurant, instead of taking time to explain the charge, snubbed the claim with contempt and told our party to never return. My own dish happened to be one of the most unpleasant experiences for my palate, to which the owner responded in contempt, ""too bad"". Enough said. Do not go there.
