Review content:
I had a terrible experience. If you want to be lied to and taken for your hard earned cash, then please spend money here. I visited this ""stockroom"" after my girlfriend who was born and raised in Venice Beach (CA) recommended the place. All I wanted was 100% certified organic nutrients for my vegetables. What I received were two products that are synthetic. When I went to return the product I was told that they are organic. When I debated the ""manager"" on stamped certified organic products he caved and said I was correct they are not. I stated that one product sold to me was - according to the company itself ""made from poultry compost"". He then agreed with me and said they weren't 100% organic. The next thing baffled me more than his lies. He made up a policy on the spot. He said nutrients that leave the shop, even if they weren't opened are non refundable- The reason why ... wait for this one ... as soon as the sun heats up the nutrients they are no longer active or effective"". Thank you for selling me a product that won't work as soon as I walk out of your store. Oh yeah and thank you for letting me know. Btw no where does it state on the receipt that if you leave the shop with nutrients and you do not open/use it, you still can not return it. As small as this issue is, I still have to push it to the limit. I spent hundreds of dollars on products from that shop and as soon as I have an issue there is no customer appreciation/satisfaction. Let alone the guy was a complete jerk with misinformation and had the nerve to say he has competent employees working for him. I guess his level of competence is equated to his intelligence, which is pretty lo, so I can see why he would hire people who will lie & manipulate just to make a sale.
