Review content:
I went in there knowing I had back problems. I checked with my insurance and the lady at the front desk about coverage and costs. They themselves called my insurance about what it would cost for the initial exam. They informed me that my insurance was great and all I needed to pay was a co-pay. This is what I had done there: 1 x-ray 1 consulting meeting telling me about my problems 1 sales pitch as to what needed to be done 1 adjustment that gave me a new 'crack' sound when I turn my head In the end, all I got was a sales pitch, and stuck with a bill for $300+. I called my insurance again and informed me that the cost that they charged for the xray and the initial consultation was way higher than most doctors/physicians. Their ""free"" consultation that they offer, is not free.
