Ruby Tuesday really disappointed me on my last two visits to the Clarksville, IN location. The first visit left me with a hair in my quiche. Upon telling the waitress of the issue, she responded, ""I'm not surprised! They don't even wear hair nets back there, this is the only restaurant I've worked in where they don't cover their hair!"" I was disgusted and we immediately left despite being offered another item off of the menu. After the rant by the waitress, I declined the offer. The quiche was not even reduced or taken off of the bill. For some reason, we went back again and this time the wrong order was brought to us TWICE and the wrong orders sat on our table for 5 minutes before being taken away to the people that ordered it. My chicken was cold and not fully cooked and once again, was not reduced or taken off of the bill.
Pros: Convenient Location
Cons: Poor waiting staff, below average food, rude
