I was tired of my hair looking the same and decided to try the salon at Macy's since it was convenient as I work downtown. I was scheduled with Mia who recomended that I stop highlighting my hair as it was damaged. I resisted at first - I hate change! She colored my hair with a natural product that was good for my hair and gave me the best cut I ever had. I loved my new darker color and got a million complements on it! Since then, I've scheduled appointments with Mia for a massage, facial, pedicure and manicure. I was not disappointed. I got the same great and quality service as I did with my hair. I also have to say that I got the best massage I've ever had. That little girl has some amazing strong hands!!
Pros: Loved Everything!
Cons: Spa is a little dated, but easy to overlook with great servi
