I've been shopping at the Singing Store for too many years to mention! They've always been very helpful and fair with their policies. Honestly, the person that posted the negative comment didn't seem reasonable. We've all experienced buying something electronic... get it home and it doesn't work out of the box. It happens at ALL stores that deal with electronics.. even the major chains. To be offered a replacement or upgrade seems reasonable to me! If a store that sells speciality items like Karaoke didn't charge a restocking fee for a return.... they'd be out of business in a flash. The Singing Store has been around for over 20 years... a rare bird in these times. I hope it continues to serve us Karaoke fanatics!
