Review content:
To be fare, this is the insurance company of the person who hit and ran my car. However, after filing a police report, having an estimate documenting the car paint on my fender from the other car, and having two witnesses the insurance company denied the claim. Basically, they say as they cannot reach there unscrupulous client, they say it cannot be proven the accident occured. The accident was in Oct, it is May 16th and besides not promptly following up with me they would not return calls to my carrier either. I would avoid this company if you can.
