Review content:
I was really looking forward to taking my toddler to get his two year old pictures taken, and am SO disappointed by how the experience went for us. The photographer that we had was very impatient with my little boy, and obviously had no experience or training relating to little kids. Many of my finished photos that I paid show my little boy's runny nose (who was crying hysterically because the photographer was so gruff with him). The photographer kept sighing and suggesting we just come back another day when ""he's in a better mood."" I have a happy go lucky little boy, and it is definitely not his nature to be uncooperative, but he was scared and unsure of the whole experience.
It was really not a good experience at all! I complained to a manager, who ignored me. I repeated my concerns and he just brushed it off and walked away.
There are so many other studios out there. I would not waste your time or energy going here. You could get a better deal at Target's portrait studio for a fraction of the price.
I am highly disappointed. I have tried to find the corporate contact information, and it is unavailable anywhere on their website. This is a sign of a bad company in my opinion.
