The doctors that I have met with at this office (I haven't met with all of them, but 3 so far) are OUTSTANDING!! I am a first time Mom, and the doctors I've met with have been so patient and very informative. They don't make you feel rushed at all, and really take the time to let you know that no question is a stupid question. As for the nurses - I've only had the pleasure of meeting with 1 of them, but she is also AWESOME. So when it comes to the MEDICAL staff - 5 stars. Now....the office staff. Well now they leave MUCH TO BE DESIRED (with the exception of 1 woman). I want to say first off - there is 1 woman in the office who has always been great. I don't know her name, but she always seems to be on the ""sick baby side"" of the office. She's is the exception to the rude catty women in the office. The office staff, first and foremost, act as if you have just so inconvenienced their day just by being there. Which has always dumbfounded me, because without us - you'd have no job. There is 1 person in the office who is particularly unprofessional....her name is Jocelyn. She has always given off the vibe of ""I would so rather be somewhere else"". She likes to act like she's being nice, but always with that rude undertone. It's almost like she's just rude enough to be rude, but should anyone complain - she can get by with saying it's a misunderstanding of her tone. I don't have enough space to fully complain about this lady. She speaks to you as if you should know exactly what she wants you to do and when she wants you to do it. And sitting in the waiting room listening to her deal with other patients, in person and on the phone, is just so frustrating. Listening to how UNPROFESSIONAL she is. Bottom line, in my opinion, is she is just a very unhappy person who feels it is her duty to make everyone else just as unhappy as she is. The appointment setter girl - yeah, she's got an attitude too. Likes to argue with you. Office staff - ZERO stars.
