It took me and my partner a while to find a new space for our commercial venture. We worked with Ideal's two top commercial leasing agents, and it was a pleasure. They were brimming with ideas and helped us negotiate a difficult lease. If there wasn't for the leader of the team, we would have never had the meeting of minds with our new landlord (who by the way is a great guy!) Brooklyn, here we come! Bakeries will not be the same in this borough after we implement our business plan......................
