Businiess name:  Paragon Dry Cleaners & Alterations

Review content:
i used to bring my dry cleaning to paragon all the time- i had heard that they dry cleaned clothes for disney studios and were extremely reputable. the actual cleaning was fine, but the last time that i went to pick up my clothes there were a few shirts missing. the woman/owner scrambled to find them- i waited for about 20 minutes as she wandered around looking for them, finally she says, ""let me call my daughter"" i looked confused at her and asked ""why?"" ...no answer. the daughter picked up, the phone was silent for a while and the mother/owner and daughter went back and forth on the phone whispering...finally she got off the phone and said ""you'll have to come back for the other shirts they are at the house""...""what?"" i exclaimed...apparently the daughter took my shirts from the dry cleaners to wear and they were most likely sitting in a heap on her teenage bedroom floor. how disgusting. i was absolutely mortified. ""i said, i wont be coming back for those tops, please have her bring them to me here right this minute"" Pros: rating is zero.
