Review content:
The only good experience I had with this place was Anna Marie the seamstress. The only reason I went here in the first place was to get my dress that I bought online altered. We happened to see a bridesmaid gown that we liked. I think most of these gowns have been hanging around since the place was rebuilt back in the early eighties.....there is no maintenance happening on these building,,,,our salesperson who seemed quite knowledgeable during the sale ordered all of the gowns at least 2 sizes too big....and my wedding date of December 13th rapidly arrived without the dresses. We bought off the shelf the first weekend in December so my girls would have dresses. When I called about the dresses I was told they would ""definitely ship tomorrow probably"". (this was December 2nd)Nice conflict of terms....I filed a dispute with visa....My girls were never in formed that the dresses ever arrived....they magically showed up on my girls doorstep a month after the wedding.....when I received the paperwork that Bridaltown was disputing my dispute it was clearly marked on the invoice that the gowns arrived at the store on December 12th!
Pros: Seamstresses
Cons: everything else!
