BRIDAL NIGHTMARE!!! I cannot stress enough how absolutely awful my experience with Bridaltown has been. From the beginning, the customer service has been rude and not helpful. They suggested the wrong size for my dress, which cost me an extra $100 to have altered; that was on top of the $200 dress cost. $300 for a bridesmaids dress, really?? And to top it off it came in less than a week from the wedding, with no apology for it being late. According to the manager, they have no control over that. He could have cared less. PLEASE PLEASE stay away from Bridaltown; lets get them out of business so that people do not have such an awful experience at such a wonderful time in their life!
