Review content:
I have dealt with bridal town on many occasions in the last couple of years. While I will admit that people have seemed to have had problems, the overall experience was pleasant and helpful. I understand that a wedding is a very important day for everyone involved, but some people tend to take that a little too far. i.e. a woman was picking up a bridesmaids dress and was complaining to the front desk about the fact that the dress was too small. The brides was angry and all but in tears and the other girls there were up in arms about the size of this dress also. The kicker was when the bride went into the back room with another girl and the bridesmaid who was complaining about the dress being to small actually admitted to someone else that SHE HAD GAINED WEIGHT AND DIDN'T WANT TO TELL THE BRIDE. While that was low to begin with, the staff at Bridaltown still tried to help this woman with her problem. (of her own making)
Pros: Large selection of dresses, even plus sized dresses
Cons: occasional waiting line on the weekends between 12-3pm
