Review content:
I have had trouble with two places I have gone to for the sleep apnea mask. How do you know which one will work until you go home and try it? I even said I didn't think it would work. One was in a box marked small and when I was taking it back I noticed it was medium - no wonder it didn't work. That was their fault and still counted as one of the 3 I tried.
Pros: They care at first.. This is a follow up to what I wrote before. They did make it right with me
Cons: Won't try after the 3rd mask/refused to give me another one. Later...they did send me a mask UPS and it was the one I wanted. Before they didn't even try to order it.
