My daughter had spilled a Smoothie inside her car, all over her console and onto the carpet. She had let it sit like that, in the heat and sun, and it was HARD and totally baked in. I took her car to be washed inside and out, but didn't expect they would do anything about the caked-on smoothie mess. To my surprise, one of the guys came up to me as I sat on the bench outside and asked me if I wanted him to steam the carpet (if I had time to wait). I was SO pleased! He drove the car to another location, hooked up this very loud machine, and he and another guy worked on the carpet for quite a long time. He told me it would be wet for awhile, and to my surprise, there was NO extra charge! I tipped them extra good though. It bothers me to read complaints about this place. I take my own car there regularly and they are always polite and helpful and my car looks great. The guy who hoses at the beginning of the wash has even used a mop and worked extra hard when my car had a lot of mud on the bumper areas. They're hard workers who seem to go the extra mile.
