Horrible Horrible Horrible! I took a dress and a skirt. RUINED DRESS and did not clean skirt. The skirt had a water mark from wher I tried to spot clean it, I got it back and it look the same it did as when I dropped it off. My dress came back with the embellished rhinestones that were sewed to the should all discolored, and a few were missing it has 3 spots on it that were not there when I droped it off... on the plus side the spots I dropped it off for were gone. I would stay away with any valuable items!
