They were very quick to come out but with full intention of dismantling the set and taking it back to the shop. In fact, twice! They kept replacing parts until they get it close, not right! Now the on switch doesn't light or work but did before they pseudo fixed it. The magic figure is around $340 to fix a big screen no matter what is wrong. Your not going to replace it at that price but repair it! I suggest you find another repair shop like Tweeter who may be a wait but at least competent.
