Review content:
The sales associate was very sensitive to my needs in the beginning. Little did I know that his cunning antics would lead me to write a check meant to be held, and couldn't be post-dated, until the end of the month. He deposited that check 1 week early, and said that he told me he could only hold the check for 21 days. If he had told me, I wouldn't have agreed to the deposit. I wrote another check to send to him, this one bounced because of a bank error... the check would have gone through if the bank attendant had processed it through the correct account. The next thing I know some collections agency is calling and harassing me to pay the NSF, which I had no idea of because as far as the bank was concerned, the check was still in circulation. The sales associate didn't even have the courtesy or professionalism to call me to let me know that the bank had returned the check. Since the money was there, I paid the collections agent, and am now contacting the Bureau to file a report. Pros: Willingness to work with credit Cons: Unprofessional, unorganized, no post-purchase follow-up, gave me 5 vehicles to look at.
