Ok, so its a consignment, not Saks 5th Avenue. I believe that someone needs to remind this owner of that. This woman is THE most rude business owner I have ever encoutered. I brought in 5 Ann Taylor suits to consign, barely worn, in protective plastic so they wouldn't get messed up in transport. This woman rips off the plastic, barely looks at them and says that she doesn't want them. When I asked why not, she says there's a wrinkle. Its a PLEAT down the center of the leg on the pant! Dress pants have those. Anyway, she has been incredibly rude and snobbish every time I have encountered her. She has made me wait for 15 minutes to make a purchase because she was wrangling and yelling at her HUGE poodle who was running around knocking clothes off the racks and babysitting her granddaughter. While there is some good merchandise here, its not worth interacting with this woman who thinks she's the most important person on earth. There are plenty of other consignments stores in the area that I plan on visiting. AVOID THIS PLACE!
