Review content:
We went here because of the rave reviews on a visit to Charleston while staying on Kiawah Island. This was the worst meal of our trip--even the Denny's we stopped at for lunch in Augusta was better. Terrible service began with the ""just another tourist"" attitude of the host staff, to the rushed feeling we got from the waitress who didn't seem to care at all. Food was all overcooked and bland. We didn't even finish our meals because it was so bad. My husband ordered his sesame tuna special rare to medium rare and it was over well done. My Mahi Mahi was rubbery and tasteless, despite the so-called ""Cajun Style"" I had ordered it to be cooked. Our daughter's fish n chips were mediocre, as were the shrimp and grits I had, both dishes I have tasted much better in our hometown of Atlanta. I can't imagine how anyone can like this place. Go to Gilligan's instead, if this is the type of dining you are looking for. Pros: We didn't get sick from eating here Cons: Service, Atmosphere, Food all were terrible
