Review content:
I think they've had some staff changes recently or something, I don't know who used to cut my hair there but recently the results have been mediocre enough that I started considering alternatives, while the last hair cut was so bad that I wanted to have it cut again the next day. I called and told them how I felt and they asked me to come in. When I came in, they did not acknowledge for over 30 minutes, not a glance, not a word. I left, called back and requested a refund, which they refused. I don't know how typical this is of their service, but one experience like that is enough for me. Pros: No redeeming qualities Cons: Parking, service, quality, even the magazine selection in the lobby are lame
