I was warned before I went to Enchanting Moments. I should have listened. I found the perfect wedding dress at a trunk show but should have run with the dress once it was delivered. I had nothing but bad experiences and rude attitudes during the alteration process (my mom was even insulted). The veil I ordered didn't come as I had specified and then I was blamed for it (as if I put through the order). And my dress was not pressed well when the alterations were complete. I was told it was due to the type of fabric. I took it somewhere else to have it pressed again before the wedding & it looked amazing after that pressing. I would NEVER recommend Enchanting Moments. You may find your dream dress but you will not have dreamy service and isn't that what your wedding should be all about?
Cons: bad service, bad attitudes, no photos allowed
