I have taken Blue Bird Taxi a few times but never again. However, I do have a regular driver that I use who drives for them which I was told about through a friend. Before I started using him I always was spoken to rudely from the phone person or had to wait 20-30 minutes or more to get a cab. When I did get a cab, the driver would never turn on his meter and I would end up paying about $15 for a 2 mile trip.
I would not recommend this taxi company BUT as a BIG favor to my personal taxi driver who does work for them, I'm gonna highly recommend you give him a call directly if u need taxi service that is quick, reliable, and a nice car too.
