I have used Bluebird in the past without much of a problem, but the past few times I've called, I received horrible service. It took them 45 minutes to show up for a call. I called United Yellow Taxi after about 30 minutes of waiting for Bluebird, and they were there in less than 5 minutes. If you need a cab, don't call Bluebird. If you happen to be waiting at the train station and Bluebird shows up just looking for passengers, then they should be okay to use, just make sure you know the best way to go so you don't get over-charged.
