Review content:
Jinpra is a family business that I first discovered through a recommendation of my art dealer in 1989. My most enduring memory is the first time I left work to be framed: ""How much of a deposit do I have to leave; Nothing. You'll be back. I know the artist['s work]."" And yes, I did return and continue to return. There is no one else I trust to perform the work that Sam and Cherie do. They are artists. I have used Jinpra's Upper Eastside location for over 25 years, first using the services of the mother and father; now the upper east side location is run by their son, Sam, and his wife, Cherie. The proprietor/owners Sam and Cherie are absolutely wonderful, professional and reliably dependable in their final product delivery. They both go beyond the call of duty in connection with assisting a client make the best choice for the type of frame, matte and scale of framing a work of art or photography or certificate. On my last visit a client who formerly lived on the upper east side (but was now relocated to Connecticut) had travelled in from Greenwich just to have work framed. Similarly, when leaving, Cherie was greeted by clients simply passing by. These are antecodal, but certainly a testament to the good work they do, have done, and continue to perform.
