I am the owner and event planner for an upscale Manhattan catering company. I recently called Cakes N Shapes to design and produce a very intricate cake for a high profile client. I have used many excellent bakeries over the years, and I have to say that Cakes N Shapes EXCEEDED my expectations. The cake was spectacular. Even better, it was DELICIOUS! The cake was the centerpiece of the evening, and my client was thrilled.
