Review content:
This chiropractor has great equipment and service. However ... don't be surprised if you get uber pressure to schedule the next office visit within a few days, even for moderate discomfort or even if you just came in for an adjustment. Also it may happen (it did in my case) that Dr. Roller will call you if you cancel the appointment that you make under duress ... he literally stands there and waits til your next appointment is scheduled before he takes the next patient so there is no backing out ladies and gents. And ... if you cancel said appointment made under duress, don't be surprised if the receptionist hands the phone to Dr. Roller, who may interrogate you regarding WHY you are cancelling said appointment (at least this happened in my case). And possibly, as was the case with me, months after your visit takes place and the insurance coverage is confirmed, Dr. Roller's billing service will bill you for the full amount of the visit, plus possibly a little more than the original cost, so if you go, be sure to save those receipts! As I said, the equipment and service are great, if you can stand the pressure or in the alternative if you have time and money to go as often as your condition as dictates (I'll betcha weekly or more frequent visits will be recommended). Pros: Great equipment and service Cons: Too much pressure to make follow up appointments
