Review content:
I woukd highly reconsider using this practice when it comes to the care of your animals. I feel they preform subpar medicine, have horrible customer service, and lack compassion. I was drawn to this hospital, because the building is gorgeous. However, I feel I dealt with an uneducated Dr who lacked compassion for my concern for my pets. I felt I was frustrating her with my hesitance to spend money on ""diagnostics"" I did not understand. She gave me the impression my ignorance of veterinary medicine just further frustrated her. Furthermore I felt pressured and forced to spend hundreds of dollars on my pet just to be given some paste and pills to help his upset tummy. My overall experience was poor.
