Review content:
This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. We sat at a table of about 8 people, with a waitress. Drinks took 20-25 minutes to be delivered. Half the time we were all sitting there with empty martini glasses. The food was mediocre at best. Basically frozen Sam's food tossed into a fryer. We gave our waitress a credit card at the beginning of the night. A couple of hours into the night, we were so fed up with the completely awful service that we decided to leave. So we cancel any drink orders were were STILL waiting on and asked for the checks. An hour later (literally), they bring us the checks, only our credit card is missing. They have lost our credit card. It was the only form of payment we had. After another 45 minutes of hashing this out with the bar manager, she tells us to go ahead and leave without paying, because of all that has happened. We are on our way out, and the police show up. Yes, the owner of the bar, going over the bar manger, has called the police. The owner has refused to come out and talk to us up to this point, and she then calls the police. I'm sorry but this is just not how you treat customers. And to clarify, none in our party was even drunk. We were there about 3 hours and only had 2-3 drinks each. We were so annoyed at the end of the night that any buzz we might have had was well worn off by this time. So it's not like they had 8 drunk customers bitching about a lost credit card. We were all sober. So basically, the end of it is that we have to go back to the bar and pay our tab. When something like this goes down, with awful service, and then a lost credit card, I'm sorry but the answer is to comp the bill. We had begun telling our friends how cool this place was, and now our plan is to tell absolutely everyone we know how awful the place is. Pros: Martini's are tasty. Cons: Awful customer service. Terrible second rate food.
