Review content:
I was booked for a massage using my groupon and I was running late for the appt, so I called to reschedule and was told that it could not be done. The owner said I could either take a 30 min massage when I get here or forfeit the groupon. I tried to pay for my 30 min massage and said I would use the groupon some other day of their choice, but they refused. Why do such businesses offer groupons if they do not know how to keep a customer?!? I will never return and make sure my friends don't either.
