Review content:
I would recommend using anyone's services besides Micromobile's. If you must deal with them due to some harsh or unavoidable circumstance be sure to keep the company at arm's length. Make sure that you get things in writing and are extremely clear about the services you are purchasing as well as the conditions under which they are being purchased. As far as technical knowledge and customer support are concerned, my personal experience with the company has revealed that them to be severely inadequate in both categories. Not only did Micromobile completely mis-handle the repair of my personal computer but they have flatly refused to reach any negotiated agreement with me regarding their failure. Micromobile has retained the fee paid to repair a computer which remains broken. Not a company I would ever do business with again.
